Main level (Top Floor) Updated, open kitchen/dining area with all the gadgets and gizmos to make your stay comfortable and keep your group well-fed. Cozy, reclining, living room furniture facing the gas fireplace and 75 inch Smart TV with Roku. Game/sitting area where you can catch views of the wildlife down below and multi-level views on the horizon. Open windows throughout looking at northwest sunset views and the northeast ridge, giving you beautiful 100 degree variety of ridge-top views from different lounging spots. Primary bedroom with en-suite bath(tub/shower combo) and large walk-in closet, with patio doors allowing the sunset views in as you rest from your day on the king size bed. Guest Room with full size bed and adequate closet Full hallway bathroom with walk-in shower Lower Level: Queen bedroom with double closets and beautiful northwest views Queen bedroom with pull-out trundle (XL Twin) and views off the northeast ridge. Full Hallway bath with jetted tub Heated Garage has space for medium sized car/suv, an extra refrigerator for quick access to snacks/beverages for all your adventures, and an Tesla 240V Charger. Spacious Laundry room We stock enough toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, laundry soap, and dish soap to get you started for your first night, but extended stays will need to bring enough for the remaining time there.

Other Details to Note

Beech Mountain Club (Sports Level Membership) is transferable upon request with the club directly, for the length of your stay. This must be done in advance, with a nominal fee, and they only allow a couple of transfers a month (first come first serve). That said, its a beautiful amenity, and well worth it during the late spring, summer, early fall months. This includes access to the Pool/Clubhouse, Dining facilities, Tennis and Pickle ball courts, Fitness center, screening room, and during Ski Season it includes access to a private parking lot and bar/grill. Winter bookings may require 4wd/chains at times, as getting up and down the mountain can be treacherous, and we do not offer refunds due to winter weather events.

Loved staying at Rob’s place. Spacious for our little one to run around, short drive to the slopes. We were able to avoid resort traffic due to the location and beautiful scenery. We had wildlife come visit. Rob was very responsive and helpful with any questions! Would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Rob's place during Thanksgiving 2024. The house boasts breathtaking views, a newly renovated and fully stocked kitchen, a spacious deck with an electric grill, cozy bedrooms, and a large TV in the living room. Surrounded by deer, and if you're lucky, you might even spot a bear. Rob was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. I highly recommend Rob's place for a memorable getaway.
